Combined with the Apple Watch Swimbuds Kit by Underwater Audio, the Lap Tracking app streamlines the process of counting your laps while swimming, allowing you to concentrate solely on your swim. This kit comprises a Clipi for securing your Apple Watch to your goggles, an Uku for wireless connection to your Apple Watch, and a pair of Swimbuds waterproof headphones for enjoying music and real-time feedback during your swim.

The Lap Tracking app continuously logs lap count, lap time, overall swim time, and calories burned within the app as you work out, providing instant feedback while swimming. It seamlessly integrates with CareKit to help you monitor your health data. Furthermore, the Lap Tracking app effortlessly syncs with the Health app to document your workouts through HealthKit integration.

To begin tracking your workout, launch the app and press Home. Attach your Apple Watch to your goggles using the Clipi and tap anywhere on the screen to commence. Starting to track laps is as straightforward as that! If you wish to pause tracking during a break, simply press both the digital crown and side button simultaneously. Resume your swim by pressing both buttons again. Upon completion, deactivate Water Lock by rotating the digital crown, then force touch the screen and select stop to finish your workout. Customize how frequently you receive audio feedback—from every lap to no feedback—by utilizing the Settings option on the main app screen.
